We are all about possibilities.

Possibility speaks to promise, dreams and goals.  It speaks to education. We have the business of "possibility" in common.

When we join your facility discussions our contribution is all about what is possible, what is achievable, what is doable. And it is often much more than you think.

Our expertise guarantees a positive result. We know what we are doing, so we eliminate insecurity, indecision, drama and waste.

We were asked by a national charter school organization to lend our expertise to their next project.  We were given a design that had been created before we were invited to participate.  That design cost $8,250,000 to build.  It was 28-classrooms with several smaller breakout rooms designed to hold up to 750 kids.

When they asked us to help on another project, we were involved early enough to influence the design. By working with the architect and contractor we value engineered a 28-classroom design from 59,000 square feet down to 48,000 without changing classroom sizes…we simply used our experience to re-arrange and coordinate the parts saving over 2.8 million dollars from concept to completion.

The building was completed on-time and under budget. It had the same number and size of classrooms.  In every way the building performed equal to, or better than, the previous design.  It was simply more efficient, designed and built with current commodity pricing in mind. And, because we have the promise of delivering multiple projects to our vendors, we are able to leverage the pricing of materials and labor.

It is possible to actually enjoy the construction timeline, to spend your time celebrating the progress and making plans for the future.

On time. Under budget. Painless process. These things result in happy, growing schools.
